Ostatnia runda Indywidualnych Mistrzostw Argentyny organizowanych przez Automovil Club z Punta Alta zakończyła się triumfem Gerda Rissa. Niemiec okazał się być poza konkurencją. Drugą pozycję w finale wywalczył Carsten Pelzman, a trzecią zwycięzca całych zmagań Peter Hehlert. Na torze nie pojawił się Armando Castagna, który wrócił do kraju na pogrzeb swojego ojca.

Niemiec w klasyfikacji końcowej pokonał Armando Castagnę, który nie wystartował w ostatniej rundzie oraz swojego rodaka Gerda Rissa. Najwyżej sklasyfikowanym zawodnikiem z Argentyny był Matias Ferreras, który zajął piątą pozycję.
